Our combination of experience and on-going research, guarantees enhanced athletic performance—at any age and ability. As the industry leader and largest operator, it’s a commitment we make to each of our athletes.
A standard Athletic Republic performance sports training protocol generally consists of a 6-8 week block of time with workouts 3-4 days per week.
